About General Transactions

Is there a charge for assessments?

There is no charge. We do not charge a handling fee or even a fee for shipping.

Will you purchase a watch without its accessories?

We can buy. Depending on the product, a guarantee card or warranty or even a box may increase the value of the merchandise. If there are accessories, please bring them along as well.

Will you buy watches that do not move or broken?

There may be a possibility even if the watch has been refused at other stores. Simply come in without any obligations.

What kind of assessment methods are there?

Just by sending in as picture of the watch, an estimated value can be made. An easy method of assessment is recommended. Upload a picture in the special mail form or LINE. Assessments are done In-store as well.

What kind of transactional methods are there?

Shipping transactions and In-store transactions are available. Please to choose the method that is most convenient to you. For detailed flows of the transaction, please examine this page.

About Shipping Transactions

How should shipments be prepared?

Please wrap the watch and accessories in a bubble wrap and place the merchandise in the card board box. Free shipping kits are available, so please request them with no obligations.

How long will it take for the free shipping kit to arrive?

The shipping kit will be sent within 2 working days after your request. Please wait about 1 to 3 days.

Are any documents required for the shipping transaction?

Please include a copy of a document that proves your identity (Driver’s License, Passport, Health Insurance Certificate, Resident’s Card/Resident’s basic Registration Register) along with wire transfer bank information that was entered in the Transaction/Assessment Form.

How is payment rendered upon conclusion of the transaction?

In regards to a shipping transaction, funds will be wired within 3 business days to the account specified by the client on the Transaction/Assessment Form.

Can the transaction be cancelled after the assessment?

Of course it is possible. Please do not worry, if the assessment price is unsatisfactory, immediate cancellation is possible. (Please understand that cancellation cannot occur after the conclusion of the transaction or post wire transfer.)

Is there a charge in the return of merchandise when using the shipping transaction method?

If the transaction does not agreed upon, the merchandise will be return with our company responsible for all shipping costs.

About In-store Transactions

Is a reservation necessary for In-store transactions?

It is possible that we cannot make an assessment immediately depending on the staff’s schedule and watch. It is certain for people with appointments, but please come in first without any obligations.

Are there any necessary documents for In-store transactions?

Please bring along with the merchandise a document that proves your identity (Driver’s License, Passport, Health Insurance Certificate, Resident’s Card/Resident’s basic Registration Register.

How is payment rendered upon conclusion of the transaction?

Normally cash is paid out when it comes to In-store transactions. If the amount exceeds 1,000,000 Yen, wire transfer is suggested after discussion.
